Through conversation, reflection, prayer, and other activities you will reflect on where you have been and contemplate the path ahead with a supportive community of your fellow seniors. Examen your LMU experience, share it with your peers, and learn from others, including LMU Alumni, faculty and staff, who share their own stories of discernment, contemplation, and action. De-Stress, have some fun, and return ready for all that lies ahead!
Spaces are limited and will be first come first serve. All senior students are welcome to sign up. Additionally, folks of all faith traditions are encouraged to join – wherever they might be on their spiritual path. The cost of attending Senior Retreat is $40. Campus Ministry wants to ensure that cost does not prohibit students from attending. If a financial need exists, please feel free to email Diana Hadjiyane, Campus Minister for Retreats, at diana.hadjiyane@lmu.edu and we will work to provide you with financial assistance.

What is the Senior Retreat?
- This retreat is an on-campus experience serving as the Penn Ultimate step before graduating from LMU. This experience is meant to bookend the richness of a student’s journey through their time here, giving them a space to reflect on the twists and turns through the terrain of their relationships, spiritual lives, and more. The retreat will feature four staff members from across campus who will give talks, as well as small group discussions and other large group activities.
When and where will the retreat take place?
- This retreat will take place on campus, location TBD. We will provide breakfast and lunch for all students who attend.
Do I have to be Catholic or Christian to attend this Retreat?
- Nope! All students are welcome to attend and are encouraged to approach the divine however that looks for them.
How much does it cost?
- The cost of attending Senior Retreat is $40. Campus Ministry wants to ensure that cost does not prohibit students from attending. Once you sign up, you are all set to attend.
