Peaceful places at LMU

Wander in Wonder

A Walking Tour of Peaceful Places on Campus

Feeling stressed? Too much going on?
Need a space to slow down, breathe, and be peaceful for a while?

All faculty and staff are invited to a peaceful Friday communal contemplative experience, using some lesser-known spots across campus as a mini-retreat. This “peace crawl” invites participants to slow down, center themselves, and experience a variety of contemplative practices, including sitting meditation, labyrinth walking, the Ignatian examen, and more as we traverse LMU’s peaceful places.

Join a #slowLMU experience to enter into silence, stillness, and connection with our mind, heart, and body amid a busy semester, as well as to reflect on how we might integrate these practices in our own life and work.
