St. Ignatius' method of prayer, meditation, and reflection that forms the basis of Ignatian spirituality. Print edition also available at the William H. Hannon Library. Note: The Exercises themselves are addressed to the person guiding the retreatant, not the retreatant herself; for an introduction, it may be more helpful to participate in a retreat or other reflection experience based on the Exercises. Opportunities for such experiences are available through Campus Ministry (for students) and the Center for Ignatian Spirituality (for faculty and staff).
