Summer 2020: Women's Embodied Spiritualities
Women's Embodied Spiritualities
What is women’s spirituality? What insights and perspectives do women bring to the spiritual life from their embodied (e.g., race/ethnicity, place, culture) experiences? What can women learn from one another, and how do women shape the shared spirituality of and at LMU?
Join colleagues across the university to reflect on these questions and more. Meetings will touch on a variety of topics related to women’s religious and spiritual experience, especially in the context of LMU’s Ignatian and Marymount heritage and identity. Emphasis will be on conversation, discussion, and learning from one another. LMU faculty and staff of all gender identities are welcome.
