Conference check-in and most conference sessions take place at the Life Sciences Building auditorium. Check-in opens at 7:30 a.m. both days of the conference. See map

Housing Location

Delegates staying in on-campus housing check in to their residence at the LMU Conference and Events Service office. For arrivals outside of business hours, please call the office 10-15 minutes before your arrival and on-call staff will meet you to check you in.

Parking

The parking lot under the Life Sciences Building is the best parking option for commuter delegates. See map.

Registered delegates can receive complimentary parking for the duration of the conference. Delegates will receive instructions and a parking waiver code by email a few days before the conference.
