Contemplative Practice and Prayer

Stressed? Anxious? Simply looking for more stillness or connection to the sacred in your life?

Come learn about and practice the ancient tradition of contemplative prayer and how it can contribute to your spiritual, personal, and professional life. This informal series will feature experts and leaders from across the country, as well as ample time for communal, guided meditative prayer. Though our focus will be primarily on Christian contemplative practices, insights from many traditions will inform our conversations. All are welcome!
