IC/AB Women’s Rights & Climate Change in Rural El Salvador will take place virtually this winter, January 4th - 8th 2021.

In collaboration with LMU’s Center for Service and Action, this combined virtual Ignacio Companion (IC) & Alternative Break (AB) program will focus on the role of women’s rights and leadership in rural Salvadoran communities.  Through a partnership with CRISPAZ, this virtual program will also highlight the impact that climate change has had on the current migration situation in El Salvador/Mexico/USA, all the while integrating IC's values of community, solidarity, and faith/justice with AB's values of simplicity, solidarity, and social justice. You are invited to join us by applying on LEO (priority deadline is October 10, 2020).

Please email Josh Mayfield, Campus Minister for Faith & Justice at Joshua.Mayfield@lmu.edu with any questions or concerns pertaining to this experience, your application, or scholarships.
