"Believe. Belong. Become."
This was the theme of our First Year Retreat hosted by Campus Ministry. Our retreatants and leaders are overwhelmed with gratitude after two days (and two nights!) of accompanying one another in the mountains near Arrowhead. Adhering to the safety protocols of the university, students were shepherded by ministers and student leaders to Pali Retreat Center in Running Springs where the grace of community came alive through large group activities, small group sharing, and the forging of new friendships.
Now, we're back and ready to set the world on FIRE! -- well, we'll start by reengaging the semester more connected than before!
